REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping at OMARA (omara.com.co).

Pre-Order Items

All products are currently available as pre-orders with an estimated delivery time of 3-4 weeks from the order date. Due to the custom nature of our pre-order production process:

• Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, orders cannot be cancelled as production has begun.

Returns & Exchanges

• We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached.
• Items must be in their original condition to qualify for a return or exchange.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error.

Refund Process

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email notification.
• If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges

• We gladly exchange items for a different size. Please contact us at omara.apparel@gmail.com to arrange an exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items

• If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items that have been worn, washed, or altered cannot be returned.
